Baileys Espressito

What is it?
You probably already know that Baileys is made from Irish whiskey and fresh Irish dairy cream, but did you know that cocoa beans and vanilla pods also go into the top secret recipe?

Where is it from?
Baileys believes in staying true to their roots, so every bottle of Baileys is produced and bottled exclusively in Ireland.

What does it taste like?
A chilled and delicious creamy cocktail with a coffee kick.


For the best results, we recommend you make sure your espresso shot is cold or at room temperature when you add it.


  • 50ml Baileys Irish Cream
  • 25ml espresso
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • A small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • Crushed ice


1. Pop the sugar and the mint leaves into a tall glass. Then with the long end of a wooden spoon or a thin rolling pin, muddle the ingredients to combine them.
2. Pour in the Baileys, add some crushed ice and stir.
3. Next pour the espresso shot into the glass, top with more crushed ice and give it another stir.
4. If your glass still isn't full, top it all the way up with crushed ice and finish your cocktail with a sprig of fresh mint.
