Tip
If a rich and smoky scotch whisky isn’t to your liking then this can easily be swapped for a bourbon if you'd prefer that.
Ingredients
- 45ml scotch whisky
- 15ml triple sec
- 60ml cold chamomile tea
- 15ml lemon juice
- 60ml soda water
Method
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker.
2. Fill with ice and shake.
3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
4. Garnish with a lemon wedge and mint sprig.
