Change up the usual vodka and cranberry mix by adding a bit of fizz and touch of basil.
- 30ml Smirnoff Vodka
- Schweppes Indian Tonic Water
- 50ml cranberry juice
- 4 basil leaves (1 for garnish)
1. Gently bruise basil leaves by clapping between hands and place in tall glass.
2. Pour in vodka and cranberry juice, add ice and top with tonic water.
3. Garnish with additional basil leaves.
